Cell culture: Culturing and maintaining CHO DG44, FreeStyle CHO-S, and Freedom CHO-S cells. Experienced in handling Cedex Bio, NOVA 400 (Both for metabolic information), Cedex HiRes (Cell count).

Bioreactor: Multivariate data collection and analysis of Applikon (AD 1010) and Sartorius systems (1 to 5 liters).

Molecular biology: Optimize protocol and perform transfection of DG44 with GFP, transformation of E. coli with plasmid DNA containing GFP.

Downstream: Protein titer analysis using HPLC, determining resin binding capacity using Raman spectra.

DOE (Design of Experiments): Basics with Minitab and JMP to create full factorial DOE’s.

Presentation: Weekly presentation of research work to Professors and fellow researchers and making valuable suggestions on other research issues.
